The location is extremely central, right in Paguera, close to the beach, bus stops, shops, and restaurants. The service is a bit of a mixed bag, with some friendly and helpful staff but also instances of unfriendliness and language assumption. The dining experience varies from very good with a wide range of choices to just okay. The facilities are generally good.
